WITIVE at Travel Show 2025 — Smart Networking with Ulleung Air
From November 7 to 9, 2025, “Travel Show 2025” was held at COEX Hall D in Seoul, bringing together domestic and global tourism companies, travel agencies, and local governments.
WITIVE participated with its Ulleungdo-specialized brand “Ulleung Air”, offering digital business card–based networking and on-site events that delivered a fresh experience to visitors and business partners.
Limited KUMDORI NFC Cards — Digital Business Cards on Site
The highlight of this Travel Show was definitely the limited KUMDORI NFC card that works as a digital business card.
At the booth, WITIVE offered NFC cards for free and helped visitors sign up for Ulleung Air on site, so they could instantly link their personal profiles to the card.
Participants simply tapped their smartphones to exchange business cards and naturally start conversations, resulting in about 330 new members signing up on the spot.
Beyond a simple giveaway, it introduced a new way of communication that combines digital transformation with real-time networking, earning very positive feedback.
New Partnership Opportunities with Transport and Distribution Partners
During the event, WITIVE held B2B meetings with Kumho Express, Orange Spectrum, Wadiz, and Youngpoom Bookstore,
for a total of four business discussions.
In particular, with Kumho Express, WITIVE discussed linking Ulleungdo travel with regular intercity bus routes between Seoul–Gangneung and Seoul–Pohang.
Kumho Express showed strong interest, and a follow-up meeting is scheduled after the event.
With Orange Spectrum, WITIVE is exploring listing Ulleung Air products on a telecom-affiliated point mall, opening up new online distribution possibilities for Ulleung Air.
Ulleung Air — The Future of Local Tourism Powered by Technology
Ulleung Air is growing beyond a simple travel brand into a technology-driven smart tourism platform.
At Travel Show 2025, WITIVE presented Ulleung Air as a brand that connects regions, technology, and people.
Visitors were able to experience the direction of future-oriented tourism services firsthand through NFC business cards and a pre-booking system.
These efforts will serve as a foundation not only for Ulleungdo travel, but also for the broader digital transformation of the tourism industry across Korea.
Looking Ahead to the Next Step and the 2026 Season
Building on the network established at Travel Show 2025, WITIVE plans to pursue partnership agreements with key companies such as Kumho Express and Orange Spectrum.
WITIVE will also run follow-up campaigns and tailored communications for pre-registered customers and introduce new products in time for the 2026 Ulleungdo travel season.
Going forward, Ulleung Air aims to become a leading model of sustainable regional tourism powered by digital technology.
